Ticket Refund Policy

GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This ticket refund policy sets out the conditions for refunding time-limited e-tickets and electronic wallet top-ups for services purchased on the website edzukija.lt.
- The refund policy in each municipality may be additionally regulated by the respective municipality or its authorised institution in accordance with publicly announced legislation. The website edzukija.lt currently serves the municipalities of Alytus, Lazdijai and Druskininkai.
- This policy applies together with the Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions.
REFUND OF TIME-LIMITED E-TICKETS
- A passenger may return valid unactivated (unused) time-limited e-tickets subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the date the e-ticket was purchased.
- The time-limited e-ticket must be returned no later than before the start date of the ticket's validity.
- To return an e-ticket, the Passenger must visit the customer service centre of the relevant municipality:
- Alytus: Alytus Bus Station Address: Naujoji St. 17L, 62416 Alytus. Phone: (+370 315) 52333. Opening hours: Mon–Sun 5:00–19:30
- Lazdijai — Lazdijai Bus Station, Vilniaus St. 48, Lazdijai. Phone: +370 318 51 333 52333. Opening hours Mon–Fri 7:30–17:00 (lunch break 11:30–12:30)
- Druskininkai: Druskininkai Info Point Address: M. K. Čiurlionis St. (Market Stop), Druskininkai. Phone: (+370 313) 51431. Email: info.druskininkai@kautra.lt. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 7:30–16:30 (lunch break 12:00–13:00).
- When visiting the service centre you must:
- Present a document confirming the ticket purchase (email confirmation or payment receipt).
- Complete the Ticket Refund Act.
- The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of completing the act and submitting the documents, by bank transfer to the Passenger's bank account registered in Lithuania.
REFUND OF ACTIVATED E-TICKETS
- Once an e-ticket has been used (after the first validation on a vehicle) the ticket price is non-refundable.
- An exception applies only if the e-ticket was activated due to a technical system error. In that case, please visit the relevant municipality's service centre (see point 5) or contact us by email. Each case is reviewed individually.
REFUND OF ELECTRONIC WALLET TOP-UPS
- Electronic wallet top-ups are non-refundable, as the credited funds function as a payment instrument for public transport (similar to a cash deposit).
- In exceptional cases (technical payment duplication or system error), please visit the relevant municipality's service centre (see point 5) or contact us by email. Each case is reviewed individually.
PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED TICKETS
- E-tickets purchased under a special promotion or with an advertising discount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a clear technical error by the Seller.
