WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?

For the purpose of purchasing an e-ticket and topping up the wallet

  1. The Portal provides passengers of Alytus, Lazdijai and Druskininkai municipalities with the opportunity to purchase time-limited e-tickets and top up their electronic wallet. Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing the service.
  2. The following personal data is collected when purchasing a service:
  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Electronic card number
  • Payment confirmation data (processed by the payment operator)
  1. To purchase a service, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions and provide your data. If you do not agree, you will not be able to purchase the service.

For the purpose of a registered user account

  1. Registered users can additionally use the following features: assigning e-ticket cards to the account, checking ticket validity periods, and viewing purchase history. For these purposes, the login email address and account settings are stored.

For the purpose of responding to enquiries

  1. When submitting an enquiry by email or phone, the following data is collected: first name, last name, email address, subject and content of the enquiry. This data is processed on the basis of consent.

For the purpose of website usage (cookies)

  1. The Portal uses cookies – small text files loaded onto your device. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. Long-term cookies are intended for user convenience and analysis.

  • Law enforcement authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
